General rulemaking action
Final rules adopted – Effective August 6, 2022:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) regarding electronic transmission of documents for service and filing. The rules take effect August 6, 2022. The new rule section adopts electronic transmission as an additional means for service and filing of documents. The rule also defines “electronic transmission” and outlines procedures for service and filing of documents by electronic transmission.
